Results
Rhizopus oligosporus ATCC 22959 și Aspergillus niger ATCC 6275 spores were immobilised in PVA-cryogel beads. In order to optimize the fermentation processes, different nature inspired algorithms were analyzed and implemented: brute force; Particle Swarm Optimization, Ant colony.
